Job summary

Realtyland Co., Inc. in Beverly Hills is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee active management of retail centers across Southern California. You will coordinate tenant interactions, viewings, rent collections, and maintenance scheduling to ensure value and occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager. Fluency in English; Korean and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Korean and Spanish strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years' experience as Assistant Property Manager or similar.
• Proficient in MS Office and Yardi Voyager.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and scheduling property viewings, tours, and tenant interviews.
• Addressing tenant questions, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Processing applications, running credit checks, and negotiating leases.
• Inspecting properties and coordinating maintenance activities.
• Managing budgets, rent collections, and tenant notices.
• Creating and distributing marketing materials to attract tenants.
• Maintaining accurate tenant files and records.
• Reporting issues to the property manager and supporting day-to-day operations.
