Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Property Manager in Beverly Hills to oversee Class A Retail property operations and finances. You will supervise the team, manage budgets, and serve as the owner representative, ensuring objectives are met and reports are delivered accurately.

The role requires a CA Real Estate License, 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial property management, and a track record in leadership and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Active and valid California Real Estate License is required
• Prior commercial office property management experience is strongly preferred
• Possession of CPM® or RPA® designation is preferred
• Leadership skills to motivate team and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff and track deadlines.
• Respond to raised tenant needs and issues; conduct site visits and property inspections.
• Act as primary contact with property owners, prepare and deliver reports.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans and monthly variance reports.
