Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
- Advanced degrees are a plus.
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR).
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Capture in collaboration with BV Client Directors for CM projects in the region.
- Provide construction management leadership and technical support to project teams.
- Mentor and expand regional CM resources.
- Strengthen earned revenue and profitability on CM projects.
- Coordinate with regional leaders on staffing and execution doctrines.
- Contribute to expanding CM tools and resources for clients.
