Black & Veatch’s Construction Management Practice Leader in the Southern California region leads the delivery of CM solutions for regulated utilities and government agencies. The role also supports expanding our presence in Northern California and collaborates across national programs to drive project performance.

You will mentor teams, win new work, and shape our best-in-market CM practice while aligning with corporate initiatives for safety, quality, and profitability on major infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management or engineering.
• CA PE license is required or in process.
• 20+ years of construction management delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor CM teams across Northern and Southern California.
• Drive client engagement, capture strategies, and pursue new CM work.
• Oversee project execution to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to standardize CM tools and practices.
