Responsibilities

• Lead and support Capture in collaboration with BV Client Directors of CM Projects in the region, including pre‑selling BV COM services, client engagement and bid development.
• Provide construction management leadership, support to Client and Construction Management teams on active contracts.
• Mentor and expand construction management resources in the region.
• Strengthen earned revenue and profitability on CM projects.
• Coordinate with Construction Operations Leaders nationally on staffing and execution doctrines.
