Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 20+ years of Construction Management delivery of major infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License in California is required.
• Experience delivering projects >$100M including water/wastewater, dams, tunnels, and water conveyance systems.
• Proven leadership, client development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen CM offerings for Southern California with external clients and partners.
• Lead internal CM teams; align with executives, client directors, and project managers.
• Develop CM strategy and pursue opportunities; manage pursuit strategies and proposals.
• Mentor and grow regional CM resources; build a stronger practice.
• Ensure project execution excellence, safety, quality, and profitability.
• Coordinate staffing and doctrine with national Construction Operations leaders.
