Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Vice President, Civil Engineering Group Lead for California’s Transportation Business Line in Southern California. You will lead a multi-sector civil engineering team, drive delivery excellence, and shape regional strategy with local and national leaders.

You will foster talent development, pursue growth opportunities, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while delivering complex infrastructure projects across highways, bridges, rail, and mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a P.E. license are required.
• 15+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering and project delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of civil engineering, design/build delivery, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline transportation projects in Southern California.
• Develop scopes, timelines, budgets, and proposals for programs.
• Mentor and recruit the Southern California Civil TEC team.
• Drive technical excellence and client engagement across the region.
