Job summary

CORA Legal Group is seeking a Manager, Cloud Operations to lead a global 24/7 cloud team responsible for monitoring production environments across BEC Legal Systems and RBRO Solutions, ensuring SOC2 compliance and scalable cloud platforms.

The role reports to the Vice President of Technology, with working hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET and occasional after-hours. You will drive cloud security, reliability, cost efficiency, and incident response, leveraging Azure, AWS, IaC, and AI-enabled monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud architectures for Azure and AWS.
• Experience managing a team overseeing production cloud environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Determine requirements for secure, reliable, cost-effective cloud environments for CORA cloud products.
• Manage production deployment of CORA cloud applications and services.
• Collaborate with R&D management to build monitoring and alerting platforms.
• Ensure cloud systems are backed up, highly available, documented, and secure.
