Qualifications

• Experience leading a Security Operations Center (SOC) team in an MSSP or multi-customer environment.
• Proven ability to manage incident response, threat hunting and security monitoring across cloud ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC operations in an MSSP environment and manage security monitoring, incident response and threat hunting.
• Oversee Microsoft Sentinel administration and cloud security monitoring across Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST and CIS Controls.
• Develop and mentor security engineers and analysts to deliver proactive security services.
