Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a Lead Specialist in Cloud Security to oversee cloud security posture, asset governance, and firewall operations across AWS and Azure. You will manage security risks, compliance, remediation, and facilitate secure cloud and AI service adoption, liaising with cybersecurity, engineering, and risk teams.

The role includes delivering managed services, incident and change management, and continuous service improvement, with travel as needed and without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ cybersecurity experience, including cloud security, governance, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, computer science, or related field.
• Technical expertise in AWS, Azure, IAM, CSPM/CNAPP platforms, firewall governance, and Tufin.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments, vulnerability management, and compliance programs.
• Strong stakeholder influence, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable security outcome delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud security, risk assessment, and compliance across platforms.
• Oversee asset governance, firewall security, and exception processes.
• Coordinate cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure security governance and measurable risk reduction.
• Lead operational governance, incident management, and service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage change, release, and offshore/onshore delivery activities, proactively mitigating risks.
