Offchain Labs, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the company.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, project management, and execution, owning security and technical initiatives while serving as a cross‑functional member of the operations team. You will lead SOC 2 program development, coordinate stakeholder teams, manage timelines, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, program management, strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
• Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently drive complex, cross‑functional projects to completion.
• Strong experience working with SOC 2.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; Security+ and PMP certifications are a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise.
• Own and drive SOC2 operations and processes.
• Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations to support employee and business needs.
• Expertly project manage across teams on operational high‑visibility, high‑impact technical projects.
• Drive documentation, evidence collection, process improvements, and cross‑functional follow-up related to compliance and business operations.
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively work to resolve them.
• Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and urgency.
