Job summary

Offchain, a remote-first company building security‑critical blockchain solutions, seeks a highly organized Business Operations Manager to drive SOC 2 operations and cross‑functional initiatives. You’ll own security projects, coordinate People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations, and push for rigorous process and delivery in a fast‑growing tech environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in operations or program management, strong project management skills, and hands‑on SOC 2 experience,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or related fields.
• Hands-on SOC 2 experience and ability to lead audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise.
• Own and drive SOC2 operations and processes.
• Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations to support employee and business needs.
• Expertly project manage across teams on operational high-visibility, high-impact technical projects.
• Drive documentation, evidence collection, process improvements, and cross-functional follow-up related to compliance and business operations.
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and proactively work to resolve them.
• Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and urgency.
