Job summary

Offchain is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the company. The role sits at the intersection of business operations, project management, and security, owning the SOC 2 program from roadmap to audit readiness.

You will coordinate with People, IT, Finance, Security, and Operations to support the workforce and business needs while leading high‑visibility technical projects with rigor and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business operations, project management, program management, strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to independently drive complex cross-functional projects to completion.
• Strong experience working with SOC 2.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects.
• Own and drive SOC2 operations and processes.
• Partner with internal teams to support employee and business needs.
• Project manage across teams on high-visibility, technical projects.
• Drive documentation, evidence collection, and cross-functional follow-up for compliance and operations.
• Establish project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders and ensure deliverables stay on track.
• Identify risks and blockers early and proactively resolve them.
• Ensure projects are completed with quality, detail, and urgency.
