Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and document test plans for new devices.
• Design and debug test software and hardware.
• Debug new silicon for functionality.
• Provide efficient test solutions for mass production.
• Coordinate test activities with teams.
• Evaluate new products for testability.

Skills

Strong Programming skills for writing and debugging test programs

Proficiency in scripting languages (PERL)

Knowledge of C/C++ or Visual Basic

Understanding of ATE tester and test programs

Experience working on digital VLSI SoC

Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology

Deep understanding of Electronic Engineering Fundamentals

Knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process

Familiarity with semiconductor product life cycle

Ability to use test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
