Qualifications

• Able to design and debug test software and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document test plan for new devices.
• Design and debug test software and hardware.
• Coordinate test activities with internal and external groups.

Skills

Programming skills for writing and debugging test programs

Scripting languages (PERL)

High level languages (C/C++ or Visual Basic)

Understanding of ATE tester and test program

Experience in digital VLSI SoC

Expertise in Semiconductor Test Methodology

Understanding of Electronic Engineering Fundamentals

Knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Process

Understanding of semiconductor product life cycle

Ability to work with test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer)

Education

Bachelor's degree + 10 Years of Experience
