Responsibilities

• This position will help lead the Security Operations Center, including real-time threat intelligence, the fusion center, and radio/telephone security dispatch operations.
• The Manager, Security Technology & Operations is a member of Mayo Clinic’s Security leadership team and will oversee the team's design & maintenance of security technology processes, tools & analytics.
• The Manager will drive the standardization of security technology & tools across the enterprise to enable centralized monitoring, reporting, analytics, mobility, workflow, & training.
• The position is responsible for working directly with peers & partners to drive the enterprise security model forward, including Intelligence, Data, Policies, Standards, Procedures, Communications, Training, and Education.
