Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field plus eight years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in applicable field plus six years preferred.
• Three years leadership/management experience.
• One or more certifications (CISSP, CISM, GSEC, OSCP) at time of hire.
• Experience with security vendor relationships and budget stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and incident-response function within the IP-NS team.
• Manage security engineers, analysts, and Level 2 staff across a 24×7 service.
• Oversee vendor relationships with Zscaler, F5, Imprivata or similar.
• Own department metrics such as KRIs, SLA adherence, on-call utilization.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and tool/rationalization.
