Job summary

Requires 8+ years in information security with strong cloud experience (GCP/Azure preferred) and leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 10 years of experience related to Information Systems or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of similar experience.
• 6 years of experience in a Cybersecurity focused field.
• 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
• 1 year of experience working with IaaS or PaaS in major public cloud (GCP/Azure) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as information security liaison to business leaders and third parties.
• Lead information security efforts across projects, initiatives, and workshops.
• Collaborate with engineering, enterprise architecture, OIS to solve problems and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead efforts to create and update cloud and enterprise security policies and guidelines.
• Advocate strong security principles throughout the organization.
• Identify and remediate high-risk security practices and inefficiencies.
• Drive consensus on strategies with stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain autonomy while keeping security leadership informed of risks.
• Develop and defend security architectures to executives and implementation teams.
• Guide prioritization of work with IT, solution architects, and engineers.
