Epic Hosting is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join the SOC team protecting Epic's SaaS infrastructure for large healthcare organizations. You’ll identify security events, coordinate investigations across teams, and recommend long-term process improvements.

The role requires relocation to the Madison, WI area with financial assistance. You will work to stay ahead of threats, maintain compliance, and contribute to the security of Epic's hosting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations or SOC environments.
• Familiarity with SIEM, MFA, and ITIL tools.
• Scripting with PowerShell is helpful.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and access management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
• Escalate potential security incidents with relevant information.
• Follow security policies and procedures and escalate when not followed.
