Qualifications

• Experience in security operations for SaaS infrastructure or SOC environment.
• Ability to identify security events and coordinate investigations across multiple teams.
• Ability to implement long-term security process improvements and adapt to emerging threats.
• Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Identify security events and coordinate investigation and response across teams.
• Propose and implement new information security solutions and improvements.
• Escalate potential security incidents with relevant information.
• Follow policies and procedures and escalate when not followed.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting.
