Job summary

Allied Universal® in Texas City is seeking a Security Officer to support 24/7 SOC operations, monitoring alarms and CCTV and delivering timely incident responses. You will help relay critical information to Security Management and ensure smooth dispatch across departments.

Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years of security experience, a high school diploma, and 21+ years of age. TSA TWIC may be required; position is on-site and offers a strong, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Experience in analytics, reporting and IT/security systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and CCTV to ensure security coverage.
• Operate IP-based telephone system and radio dispatch.
• Log calls and incidents; issue reports.
• Coordinate with SOC staff for documentation of activities.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, vendors, law enforcement.
• Support central alarm monitoring and ensure timely responses.
