Prosegur Security is seeking a highly skilled, tech-savvy SOC Operator for a premier corporate campus in San Jose, CA. This role monitors critical security systems, responds to automated alarms, manages badge requests, and coordinates emergency response across the site.

Qualifications

• Valid California Security Guard License required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a SOC or command center preferred.
• Familiarity with Milestone CCTV and AMAG Symmetry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor video management, alarm panels, and access control in real time.
• Process badge and access requests; track credentials and permissions.
• Respond to alarms with urgency; coordinate emergency response.
• Log incidents using Excel and logging tools; communicate via Outlook/Teams.
• Dispatch officers and support escalation as needed.
• Collaborate with site leadership to ensure continuity.
