Swickard Auto Group is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator at our corporate office in Las Vegas. This role acts as the eyes and ears of a growing dealership network, monitoring real-time surveillance and coordinating with management, on-site staff, and emergency services during incidents.

Ideal candidates bring experience in security operations or surveillance monitoring, proficiency with CCTV and access control systems, and strong report-writing skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework in security/criminal justice is a plus.
• Experience in security operations or surveillance monitoring preferred.
• Proficient with CCTV, access control, and security monitoring software.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems across Swickard's multi-state dealership network in real time.
• Serve as the first line of detection and response for security incidents — assess, act, and escalate with confidence.
• Maintain clear, accurate incident reports, activity logs, and shift handoff documentation.
• Coordinate directly with dealership management, on-site personnel, and emergency services during active events.
• Identify patterns, vulnerabilities, and anomalies through ongoing surveillance and threat assessment.
• Support security audits, risk assessments, and SOC procedure development.
• Partner with IT, HR, and operations to enforce security standards across all locations.
• As we grow, this role will evolve — we'll need someone comfortable adapting to new tools, locations, and responsibilities.
