Job summary

Mykelly seeks a dependable Surveillance Operator I for its Las Vegas Operations Center. This fully onsite, desk-based role monitors live feeds, identifies suspicious activity, and responds with audio interventions and incident escalation.

The position requires weekend availability, continuous computer-based monitoring in a multi-monitor setup, and coordination with law enforcement and property representatives as needed. Training and onboarding are scheduled accordingly.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Strong verbal communication with law enforcement and property managers.
• Proficient computer skills navigating multiple applications and monitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple live video surveillance feeds concurrently.
• Identify unauthorized, suspicious, or unsafe activity in real time.
• Issue live audio warnings when appropriate.
• Contact law enforcement, first responders, or property representatives during incidents.
• Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports.
• Navigate multiple monitors, software, and browser tabs.
• Maintain vigilance and situational awareness during shift.
• Escalate technical issues to IT when needed.
• Adhere to attendance and procedures.
• Be flexible to extend shift up to 20 minutes for active incidents.
