Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to monitor and protect enterprise security systems from the National Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves real-time surveillance, incident response, and thorough documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and a secure environment.

Located on-site five days a week, the position supports the National Security Manager and collaborates with Facilities, IT, and operations to expand visibility and strengthen security

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Security Management or Criminal Justice, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems and alerts from a central SOC position.
• Lead on-shift monitoring of access control, CCTV, intrusion, alarms, and environmental sensors.
• Respond to security events in real time and document actions and outcomes.
• Escalate critical incidents to National Security Manager and leadership as required.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for regulatory and operational needs.
• Provide after-hours and emergency support as needed.
