Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a SOC Operator to monitor alarms and incidents from the Redmond, WA SOC. The role requires dispatching, escalation, and professional communication across internal and external stakeholders. You will work in a 24/7 environment with strict procedures and safety focus.

Ideal candidates have SOC experience, strong teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools. A 3rd shift and in-person presence at the Redmond SOC are required, with U.S. work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SOC or alarm monitoring environment preferred.
• Ability to respond quickly to alarms and manage incident communications.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift in-person at the SOC in Redmond, WA.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
