Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking an SOC Manager in the United States to lead the SOC team and ensure safe, efficient operations. This role includes daily oversight of Duty Managers and compliance with aviation regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in related airline operations, specifically with an SOC or Dispatch environment.
• 2+ years of management/supervisor experience with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain a sense of calmness and professionalism during high-stress conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily tactical operational oversight of the SOC Duty Managers.
• Proactively create, communicate, and execute operational plans.
• Ensure that the daily airline operations are compliant with all applicable FARs.
