Qualifications

• 3-5 years of airline operations experience.
• Previous SOC experience (Duty Manager, Dispatcher, Crew Schedule Supervisor).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage daily flight operations in SOC to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Crew Services, Dispatch, Maintenance to handle disruptions.
• Provide tactical oversight to meet safety and on-time performance goals.
• Monitor short-term schedule to route aircraft efficiently.
• Develop disruption recovery plans during abnormal operations.
• Communicate operational irregularities to appropriate departments.
