Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.
• Experience with SIEM and related security technologies (IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, EDR, sandboxing).
• Ability to work rotating shifts for 24/7 client support and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and provide continuous monitoring within SLA timeframes.
• Respond to incidents using documented procedures and templates; validate activity.
• Coordinate hotline calls and escalate issues to Level 2 analysts as needed.
• Perform IOC searches and review threat intelligence; tune content for effective delivery.
• Document shift handover, maintain runbooks and procedures, and comply with training and access requirements.
