Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/security.

• Coursework/training with SIEM and common security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and provide continuous monitoring within SLAs.
• Respond to incidents using documented procedures and tickets.
• Coordinate hotline calls and escalate to Level 2 when needed.
• Perform IOC searches and review threat intel for effective delivery.
• Document handovers, update procedures, and complete required certifications.
