Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Managed Services Engineer II to join its Cyber Operate team in a hybrid working model. You will monitor security alerts, respond to incidents, and coordinate escalations while partnering with L2 analysts to protect client environments.

The role requires 1+ year of security operations experience, familiarity with SIEM/EDR and related tools, and the ability to work rotating shifts with travel up to 10%. Immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, proxy, WAF, EDR, antivirus tools, and sandboxing.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP and system security architecture.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts for 24/7 client support and travel up to 10%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and escalate per SOPs within SLA.
• Respond to incidents using documented procedures; determine valid vs false positives.
• Coordinate hotline calls and escalate actions to Level 2 analysts.
• Perform IOC searches and monitor new threat intel to tune defenses.
• Document shift handovers, update playbooks, and complete required trainings.
