Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field.
• 2+ years in cybersecurity or security operations.
• Experience with listed security technologies (SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, etc).
• Knowledge of APT tactics, techniques, and procedures and potential attack activities.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP; security architecture knowledge.
• Willingness to travel ~10%; 24/7 support shifts and 50% on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monitoring results and validate escalated alerts promptly.
• Perform root cause analysis and assist Threat Hunting with investigations.
• Analyze network/endpoint data using SIEM; detect indicators of compromise.
• Advise on detection engineering content and response action plans.
• Document new procedures; track SOC SLAs and maintain certifications.
