Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity operations experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC GCIH, or CompTIA Security+ preferred
• Strong skills with SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC team and oversee security operations.
• Coordinate incident response lifecycle from detection to remediation and post-incident analysis.
• Conduct threat hunting and malware investigations to enhance detection capabilities.
• Tune and optimize SOC tools; develop policies, playbooks, and automation to reduce alerts.
