Asurgent Health Addiction Treatment Center is seeking a full-time Sober Living House Manager to oversee multiple sober living homes. The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping residents in recovery.

You will manage operations, ensure safety, enforce rules, and support residents’ progress daily. The position emphasizes crisis management, program coordination, and maintaining compliant records while fostering a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of sustained sobriety from a substance use disorder.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to obtain certifications in First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, and drug testing procedures.
• Ability to work 2pm-10pm, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the sober living house, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents.
• Enforce house rules and policies related to sobriety and conduct, ensuring consistency.
• Provide guidance, support, and supervision to residents in their recovery journey.
• Lead house meetings and coordinate recovery-related activities.
• Conduct safety checks and maintain records of residents' progress and incidents.
• Respond to emergencies or crises using de-escalation techniques and intervention.
• Plan and execute house events and outings to support well-being and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing sober living homes.
