The role is full-time and live-in with housing provided, offering the opportunity to coordinate resident schedules, transportation, and daily household tasks while maintaining strong boundaries and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety required.
• Prior experience in a recovery, sober living, or related setting preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be organized, dependable, and able to maintain healthy boundaries with residents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Compensation includes free rent plus a modest base salary (discussed during interview) to recognize your role and responsibilities.
