Samba Recovery in Savannah seeks a dedicated Sober Living Manager to oversee daily operations of a 12-step-based residence. You will lead, ensure a safe, substance-free environment, and support residents in building routines and recovery connections for independent living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in recovery, sober living, behavioral health, or related setting preferred.
• Familiarity with the 12 Steps and recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a structured, recovery-oriented living environment.
• Collect monthly rent from clients.
• Conduct resident orientations and review house rules and policies.
• Monitor curfews, meetings, chores, employment/school requirements.
• Address behavioral concerns and document incidents and interventions.
• Maintain professional boundaries with residents.
• Assist residents with transition planning for independent living.
• Promote participation in 12-step meetings and recovery activities.
• Oversee daily functioning of the residence and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate maintenance and communicate needs to management.
• Maintain records related to residents and incidents.
• Admit/discharge residents and assign rooms as directed.
