The Grounds Recovery is seeking a Live-In Residential House Manager to oversee daily operations of a sober living residence. You will create a safe, structured, and supportive environment and collaborate with the Case Manager to ensure residents follow house rules and progress in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities include monitoring medication supplies, coordinating routine drug and alcohol screenings, enforcing house policies, assisting with resident transportation, keeping accurate logs,

Competenze

• At least one year of sobriety.
• Active involvement in a 12-step recovery program.
• Clean background check and driving record.
