Job summary

Victory Solutions LLC is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Specialist 4 to lead the CDM team supporting NASA Marshall Space Flight Center's Space Nuclear Propulsion program. The role requires guiding change control, baselining, and data packaging using SharePoint and Office 365 in a fast-paced government project.

You will coordinate technical packages, oversee meeting preparations, and ensure proper documentation, agendas, minutes, and logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 18 years of applicable CDM experience; 21 years if substituting for degree.
• Proficient in CDM functions such as change management and development of agendas/minutes.
• Experience with fast-paced space technology development projects preferred.
• Experience with document/data product management and data item templates.

Responsibilities

• Technical and Programmatic Review Preparation.
• Collaboration with SNP leadership, scheduling, Mission Directorate, and NASA headquarters for cohesive process implementation.
• Provide leadership to existing CDM personnel to ensure effective CM/DM implementation.
• Guide integration of programmatic data and control processes for project data.
• Support SNP meetings as needed.
• Provide secretariat support to Control Boards and the Risk Management Board; develop agendas and logs.
• Develop and maintain CM/DM work instructions and support to release packaging.
• Coordinate receipt, logging, and distribution of deliverables per contract and agreements.
• Support technical interchange meetings and project reviews to ensure proper data management.
