Job summary

Victory Solutions, a NASA MSFC contract partner, seeks Configuration and Data Management Specialists levels 2–4 for the MSFC CDM contract. You will interface with project personnel to implement CM/DM, maintain plans, and support data deliverables in a secure environment.

Responsibilities include status accounting, action tracking, and coordinating reviews for artifacts, while ensuring compliance with CUI/ITAR and export control requirements. Active clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of managing technical data in automated CDM tools.
• Experience with CDM functions such as change management, configurations status accounting, and action tracking.
• Proficiency with Windchill, Jira, SharePoint or other data storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Interface with MSFC project personnel and NASA centers to implement CM and DM functions.
• Provide guidance on establishing CM and DM processes for projects.
• Maintain CM/DM Plans following MSFC guidelines.
• Perform configuration status accounting using ACCESS, Jira, or Excel.
