Job summary

Victory Solutions is seeking Configuration and Data Management Specialists (levels 2-4) for the MSFC CDM contract at NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center. The role involves interfacing with MSFC personnel and other NASA centers to implement CM and DM functions across programs and projects.

Responsibilities include developing CM/DM processes, maintaining plans, and performing configuration status accounting using tools like ACCESS, Jira, or Excel.

Qualifications

• CM/DM experience on large programs.
• Experience with data management and change control.
• Familiarity with CDM processes and MSFC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Interface with MSFC and NASA centers to implement CM/DM functions.
• Advise on CM/DM processes for programs/projects.
• Maintain CM/DM Plans following MSFC guidelines.
• Perform Configuration Status Accounting using access, Jira or Excel.
• Coordinate reviews with project teams for control board presentations.
• Perform Records Management for projects.
• Support CDM team with process implementation and data deliverables.
• Maintain work instructions for CM/DM processes.
• Manage access to data and electronic libraries.
• Support data deliverables and data items management.
• Assist in technical meetings, action tracking, and data uploads.
• Handle CUI, ITAR and other export control data per NASA/MSFC rules.
