Job summary

Victory Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Data Management Specialist (CDM2) to support the MSFC CDM contract at NASA/MSFC in Huntsville, AL.

You will coordinate change reviews, manage data baselines, access controls and documentation in SharePoint, Windchill, and Jira, ensuring timely status across SVS and HLS offices. The role requires a bachelor's degree with 5+ years of CDM experience or 9–13 years of substitute experience, strong organizational skills, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of CDM experience or 9–13 years with substitution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience developing/updating SharePoint sites and databases.
• Knowledge of Windchill.
• Understanding CDM functions: change management, action tracking, master lists, agendas, minutes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as change management focal for the HLS SVS Office.
• Use SharePoint to manage access to and store data.
• Provide the Receipt and Release Desk function for the SVS Office to facilitate the SVS review of HLS changes.
• Manage the SVS Office review of the HLS changes including assignment of SVS reviewers, establish SVS review deadlines, coordinate evaluation comment submittals, and track SVS review actions to ensure they meet the HLS schedule.
• Represent SVS in CM related topics or meetings.
• Utilize the SP CMW tool and Jira in support of the HLS change management process.
• Create/maintain process/work instructions to support various HLS SVS CM and DM processes.
• Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), ITAR and other export control or proprietary contractor data following NASA and MSFC requirements and guidelines.
• Serve as the NASA Account Management System (NAMS) approval authority for the HLS SVS office to include maintaining the approved sponsor list, ensuring training compliance across disciplines and offboarding departing personnel.

We are looking for a Configuration Data Management Specialist (CDM2) for the MSFC CDM contract with demonstrated skills managing configuration and project data, managing access controls, supporting configuration management processes as well as data deliverables from prime contractors, utilizing existing information systems/tools in a hardware development environment at NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). The role supports the Space Vehicle Systems (SVS) Office within the Human Lander System (HLS) Program Office. The task focus will be the coordination of the change review process for the SVS office including tracking and providing status. This position will operate in conjunction with the existing HLS CM/DM team. In addition, duties may include receiving changes from the Program Office, assigning SVS reviewers, tracking change review status, working with the HLS Program CDM office, coordinating communication between SVS and stakeholders and other tasks related to SVS change review activities.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' applicable Configuration/Data Management experience is required to include supporting management of baselines, knowledge of project control boards, and/or configuration identification, control, status and accounting, and verification experience. If substituting work experience for bachelor's degree: 9-13 years' applicable experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Power Point) is required.
• Experience developing and updating SharePoint sites and databases is desired.
• Knowledge of Windchill is desired.
• Understanding of CDM functions such as change management, utilizing tools for change and action tracking, and development of master lists, agendas and minutes is required.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills are required.
• Records management and archival experience is desired.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to obtain clearance/access onsite at NASA MSFC is required (requires a STAR ID for badging).
• US Citizenship required.
