HWV Hospitality Services Inc. seeks a Snowsports School Supervisor/Scheduler for King Pine. This full-time seasonal role manages lesson scheduling, instructor assignments, and on-hill supervision to ensure a safe, smooth guest experience.

The position emphasizes organization, clear communication, and collaboration with leadership, with benefits including skiing privileges and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Snowsports school, ski resort, or guest-service role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication with guests and staff.
• PSIA-AASI certification or lesson instruction experience is an asset but not required.
• Weekend, holiday, and peak-period availability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule lessons and coordinate instructor assignments with attention to product and guest requirements.
• Print and distribute daily snow reports and schedules; maintain accurate records.
• Monitor lesson flow and reassign instructors for last-minute changes.
• On-hill supervision and safety oversight; assist instructors as needed.
• Communicate with guests, parents, and leadership to resolve scheduling issues.
