Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking enthusiastic seasonal ski instructors to join our winter team. You’ll manage lesson assignments, create instructor schedules, and oversee staff training to ensure guests have memorable experiences on the mountain.

Start date at end of November/beginning of December; early mornings, weekends, and holidays required. Housing available, plus perks like free skiing and 401k, with PSIA/AASI Level II preferred.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level II (or higher) preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Manage lesson activities by assessing guest needs and aligning staff
• Train staff with orientation programs and PSIA/AASI methods
• Schedule staff to ensure appropriate coverage
• Monitor lesson quality and assist with special needs
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery
• Evaluate performance through feedback and coaching
• Maintain facilities and teaching aids
• Verify lesson records and payroll reports
