Job summary

Tahoe Donner Association is seeking a Snowsports School Manager to lead the Snowsports School operations and coordinate instructors and supervisors. This full-time, year-round role centers on safety, staff development, and delivering exceptional guest service to members, guests and employees.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Winter Operations, you will mentor instructors, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with the Communications team to promote programs and events for the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school.
• Five years of related experience directing or supervising a ski and Snowboard School.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to instructors and supervisors and coordinate schedules.
• Hire staff in HRIS and orient/train personnel per policies.
• Ensure safety procedures and health program compliance.
• Develop and manage budgets; monitor expenditures and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Marketing to promote programs and events.
