Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and willingness to help others.
• Ability to work with guests of all ages and adapt to varying ski levels.
• PSIA membership and basic CPR/First Aid are recommended certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests and employees.
• Teach ski and snowboard lessons to adults and children.
• Assist with ski school organization, events, and races.
• Maintain knowledge of Tahoe Donner policies and proper skiing techniques.
• Join in with rental shop service and snow removal duties as needed.
