• Supervise and coordinate snowmaking activities and provide up-to-date reports for shift changes.
• Ensure adherence to standards and procedures for snowmaking equipment operations, maintenance, and quality control.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance of snowmaking gear and ensure safety padding before trail openings.
• Assist in planning for new equipment design, installation, and maintenance schedules.
