Job summary

Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking a qualified Grounds Maintenance Supervisor for a full-time, year-round position with benefits. The role reports to the Grounds Maintenance Manager and oversees safety, grounds upkeep, and various operations across the resort.

The ideal candidate will prioritize safety, guest service, and teamwork, with weekend and holiday availability required in winter. Responsibilities include equipment operation, maintenance, and collaboration on capital projects and

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• NH Driver's license.
• DOT Medical Card.
• 3 years' experience in landscaping, plowing, sanding and/or site work.
• 3 years' experience operating light equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, power tools, ATV's, UTV's, golf carts, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment for lawn and grounds maintenance across base area and campground.
• Perform repairs, maintenance and renovations to grounds and infrastructure; assist with capital projects as needed.
• Coordinate snow removal, mowing, trimming, landscaping, trash removal and waste management with manager.
• Support guest parking and ground transportation with winter, summer and event plans.
• Assist Operations Team with equipment moves, traffic control and general project support.
