Job summary

Gunstock Mountain Resort is looking for Snowmakers to join the Snowmaking team. Roles involve operating and maintaining snow guns, ensuring snow quality, and supporting trail safety and operations. The position runs through mid-January with other opportunities after season.

Schedules are 12-hour shifts, days or nights, up to five days a week, weather permitting. Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Must have stamina for outdoor winter work.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Must be reliable and able to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and utilize snow guns for snow production.
• Conduct visual inspections and repairs of snow guns and hoses as needed.
• Set up and relocate guns and hoses following the resort snowmaking plan.
