Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, testing, and deployment of data and BI solutions. The role emphasizes end-to-end SDLC involvement, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and strong SQL, Python, and Gen‑AI skills to deliver scalable reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features, maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies for reliability.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
