Job summary

Giants Ridge in Minnesota is seeking Snowboard Instructors for the 2026-2027 winter season. You'll teach guests of all ages and abilities, create a safe and fun learning environment, and help others build confidence on the slopes.

Qualifications

• Strong snowboarding ability.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and able to work with guests of all ages.
• Friendly, patient, and safety-minded.
• Prior teaching or coaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Upholds guest safety on varied terrain.
• Prepares and plans lessons to meet skill needs.
• Instructs guests in groups and private lessons.
• Helps guests use equipment and loads lifts.
• Assists in daily setup and takedown of the Mountain Sports School.
• Reports injuries or incidents.
• Learns and updates skills per PSIA/AASI standards.
